This program connects Windmill clients with mentors in their respective career industries.

Mentees gain valuable insight from their mentors, which expands their understanding of the Canadian workplace and helps with career preparation. Whereas, mentors have the opportunity to contribute to the community by assisting newcomers, sharing their wisdom, and refining their leadership abilities. Being involved in the Windmill Mentorship Program is highly valued by both our clients and mentors.

Become a Mentor or Mentee

How the mentorship program works

Windmill matches mentors — former clients and other volunteers — with mentees based on their professional backgrounds and goals.

Mentors and mentees can conveniently connect, share their knowledge, expertise, and experiences as well as learn from one another.

The program spans four months, offering multiple opportunities to join throughout the year.
