Christopher Lau, Client Success Coach, joined Windmill Microlending’s Toronto office in July 2019. Since then, he has effectively delivered and maintained Windmill loans across Canada, always acting in applicants’ best interests.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University with a specialization in Marketing. He has accumulated over eight years’ experience working in Canada’s largest accounting and supply chain associations. While promoting and administering their professional programs, he collaborated with various universities, colleges and newcomer centres throughout Ontario.
While working for these associations, Chris assisted many skilled immigrants in obtaining their Canadian credentials. Prior to working for associations, Chris held various marketing positions that involved direct marketing, research and sales.
“When I hear that a Windmill client passed a difficult exam or started a new job, that is the biggest reward for me. It’s analogous to watching a movie, the main character goes on a difficult journey and faces many challenges, but it turns out to be a happy ending,” says Chris.
